Podcast about MHF

This year I did a podcast with Shay Coyne to raise funds for Mental Health Friendly. Shay has helped out with the project and run two amazing workshops. Here you get to hear both Shay and myself talk about volunteering, working with people with mental health problems and how to become a better teacher.

Special mention should also go to Tim and Katy for their excellent intiative in launching such an entertaining and pertinent learning resource
